| Marnetics Broadband Technologies Ltd., formerly known as Stav Electrical
Systems Ltd., is engaged in developing and marketing broadband Internet
fortification solutions. The Company shifted to the development and
marketing of network capacity enhancement and network information analysis
solutions for Internet protocol (IP) networks (the Network Business),
which is handled through Marnetics' wholly owned subsidiary, Marnetics
Ltd. Prior to April 1, 2001, the Company was also engaged in the
historical business of electrical and lighting contracting and engineering
business (the Electrical Business), which was sold during 2001. |
