| NewKidCo International Inc. is a holding company that owns, indirectly,
100% of NewKidCo, LLC (NewKidCo), a limited liability company. The
Company's only operations are conducted by NewKidCo, and consist of the
development, marketing and publishing of video games for children.
NewKidCo develops and publishes video games for children ages four to 12
years on most video game console systems. The Company's strategy is to
publish video games based on popular licensed properties, such as Sesame
Street (Sesame Workshop); Winnie The Pooh, Mulan, Doug and Goofy (Disney);
Tiny Toon Adventures and Tom and Jerry (Warner Bros. Consumer Products);
E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (Universal Studios); Little League Baseball
(Little League Baseball Incorporated); Muppets (The Jim Henson Company);
Dragon Tales (Sony Pictures Consumer Products); Dora The Explorer (MTV
Networks and Dr. Seuss (Dr. Seuss properties and Dr. Seuss Enterprises,
L.P.). |
