| OCG Technology Inc. (OCGT) created, owns, maintains, expands and markets
the PrimeCare Patient Management System and the CodeComplier. The Company
also maintains, expands and markets Websites containing secure Internet
enhanced and targeted components of PrimeCare, known as
PrimeCareOnTheWeb.com, YourOwnDoctor.com and YourOwnHealth.com. OCGT also
created, maintains and markets a fitness Website, www.DeniseAustin.com,
and created, owns and maintains the Cardiointergraph, a medical device
used for the early detection of coronary artery disease. Until July 28,
1999, when the business was sold, the Company marketed turnkey computer
systems and consulting services to providers of medical services through
Mooney-Edwards Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Medical Information
Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of OCGT. The Company and its wholly
owned subsidiary, PrimeCare Systems Inc., have an extensive and specific
commitment to healthcare software and informatics technology. |
