| Poker.com Inc. is a licensing and marketing company that licenses
turnkey Poker Card Room and Casino software solutions. The uniform
resource locator (URL), www.poker.com, which is the Company's Website
address, was acquired from UniNet Technology Inc. Poker.com obtained the
exclusive worldwide right to market the www.poker.com URL until the year
2098. The Company is also engaged on the Internet in the business of
selling online poker cardrooms and casino sublicenses and marketing.
Poker.com is the parent company of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Casino
Marketing S.A. and 564448 BC Ltd. Casino Marketing handles the licensing
of the Casino and Poker card room software, while 564448 BC Ltd. employs
Poker.com's human resources. The Company does not own or operate any
Internet gaming operation, and acts exclusively as a sublicensor and
marketing agent. Poker.com derives its revenue from selling Poker card
rooms, casino licenses, royalty fees and banner advertising. |
