| QuadraMed Corporation develops information technology and provides
consulting services that help healthcare professionals deliver patient
care. With the sale of the EZ-CAP managed care software business in August
of 2001, the Company is now managed in four distinct business segments:
the Enterprise Division, Health Information Management Software Division,
Health Information Management Services Division and the Financial Services
Division. Although not reported as a business segment, QuadraMed also
generates revenue from specialty product lines that are not aligned with
an operating division or have been discontinued, and are referenced as
