| Scan-Optics, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures and services
production image scanning systems and designs, develops and integrates
software-based solutions that use technology for imaging, automated data
capture with forms processing, document management and workflow. The
Company has three distinct divisions. The Company's Solutions and Products
Division combines technology and expertise to develop cost-effective
solutions for various applications. The Access Services Division provides
third party and proprietary maintenance services nationwide, as well as to
the United Kingdom and Canada. The Manufacturing Services Division created
a contract manufacturing function in 1998 to provide electro-mechanical
assembly and test services for third party providers of equipment such as
large-format scanners and other electro-mechanical devices. |
