entertainment systems (IFE) for passenger aircraft and interactive set-top
boxes (STB) for interactive television. The Company's activities consist
of developing the Airsoft Travel Kit software product, which includes
destination information, language training, games and airline information
for IFE systems; licensing and installing the Airsoft Travel Kit Games on
international and domestic airlines with IFE equipped aircraft; providing
interactive television set-top box manufacturers with professional
software design, programming and graphic design services; contracting with
interactive television suppliers to support promotional efforts of their
related products, and expanding its engineering, sales and marketing staff
