its Catalan brand, which provides customers with carrier-class telecom
network management solutions. TCSI also provides implementation services
enabling customers to deploy and integrate the Company's integrated
software products with the customers' networks. In the fourth quarter of
2001, the Company began offering three new software products: Catalant
3.0, a network and element management system; The Catalant Service
Fulfillment Suite, a scalable, ready-to-use network and services
management system, and Catalant Service Assurance, a tool that allows
service providers to understand, manage and report the revenue and
customer impact of events and faults that affect service. |
