and supports a broad line of software products and services primarily
focused on facilitating electronic payments (e-payments) and electronic
commerce (e-commerce). In addition to its own products, TSA distributes or
acts as a sales agent for software developed by third parties. The
products and services are used principally by financial institutions,
retailers and e-payment processors, in domestic and international markets.
