| United Systems Technology, Inc. is engaged in the business of
developing, supporting and marketing computer software products to county
and local governments. The Company's software applications operate on IBM
mid-range computers, and on various network computer systems both in DOS
and Windows environments. The products are offered to customers in four
product application groups. These product application groups, consisting
of over 30 separate software titles, are Financial, Public Works, General
Administration and Public Safety. |
