Universal Trading Technologies Corporation, and its subsidiaries, Croix
Securities, Inc. (Croix), REB Securities, Inc., Ashton Technology Canada,
Inc. and Kingsway-ATG Asia, Ltd. Through Croix, the Company provides order
execution services for block trades in an anonymous manner with minimal
market impact, and takes orders from its clients to enter volume-weighted
