| View Systems, Inc. develops, produces and markets digital security and
surveillance systems and products utilizing video-based cameras and
microphones. The Company offers the SecureView line of digital closed
circuit television (CCTV) systems, which records video images digitally
and permits their viewing remotely over the customer's existing CCTV
systems, together with audio output over ordinary telephone lines. In
addition to SecureView, the Company's products include the PlateView plate
recognition system, the FaceView face recognition system, the SecureScan
Concealed Weapons Detection (CWD) system. It also offers the SecondLOOK
weapon's scanning device, ViewMAXX Digital Video Command Center or
Monitoring Stations and FlashView, a light-emitting diode (LED)
