This seems to be an extremely unstable premise, but Buffy.nu has received a tip from a supposed insider at NBC who says that the Peacock is looking to pick up ANGEL. "It has come to our attention that there has been a vast public interest to see a return of this series," said the source. "A forthcoming series is in negotiation, and NBC will go ahead with a sixth season if the public response is strong enough."

We have been hearing whispers from other sources that Dimension Films may be quietly dusting off the RAMBO franchise and giving a proposed third sequel consideration once again. A tip was published last weekend on Dark Horizons that also described the same thing: something's happening on RAMBO over at Dimension Films.
Listen to what this scooper had to say to us and file it away as a possible future career direction for Sly, as well as who the producers may want to direct the new movie...
"RAMBO IV is ready to be fast tracked with Mario Kassar and Andrew Vajna back at the helm as producers. It seems Dimension Films and the C2 honchos are close to reaching an agreement that would give Dimension half of the worldwide box-office of the film as well as dvd/vhs sales.
"The movie has a tentative production start date of May/June 2005 for a summer 2006 release. But all that is not the interesting news. The director that Kassar and Vajna are after is none other than action
master John Woo. They have always wanted to work with Woo and think he's the best man for the job.
"Also, my spies tell me that Stallone is looking at his biggest payday with this film said to be as high as 30 million. These were the guys (Kassar & Vajna) who paid governor Schwarzenegger 30 million to blow things up in TERMINATOR 3!
"The plot of I hear being thrown around has something to do with Rambo and nuclear weapons that were somehow lost. Guess who the president wants to hunt them down?!"
