Name of biscuit: Almond Crispy Biscuits

Ingredients: 

(A)			(B)
120g shortening		250g egg white
300g butter		400g plain flour
220g icing sugar	300g almond flakes
pinch of salt		1 tsp vanilla essence

Methods:

1) Mix (A) together, add in (B) and mix well.

2) Pour a layer of batter on a greased tray, bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes. Serve with small pieces.

Tip: Bake 5 more minutes for crispier biscuits.
