Name of dish: Crispy Fried Squids
Ingredients:
500g white squids
(clean and cut into rings)
Seasoning:
1 tbsp chicken powder
1 egg white
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Coating:
crispy flour
Methods:
1) Wash squids and drain. Add seasoning to squids and marinate for 30 minutes.
2) Coat squids with crispy flour and keep in refrigerator until cool.
3) Heat oil in wok, deep fry squids until golden and serve hot.
Tip: To keep squids crispy, drain squids after washing, then put them in refrigerator before deep frying.
