Name of cake: Hazelnut Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
(A) (B) (C)
150g butter 4 eggs 200g plain flour
250g cream cheese 1 tsp baking powder
180g castor sugar 100g ground hazelnuts
Methods:
1) Beat (A) until creamy, stir in eggs and beat until fluffy.
2) Fold in (C) and pour into 8" cake tin. Bake at 150 degree celsius for 1 hour.
Tip: Using cold butter and cheese makes the texture hard and rough.
