Name of dish: Inchi Chicken

Ingredients: 

5 chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
2 tbspns cornflour

Marinade:
1 tbsp fish gravy
1/2 tbsp fine shrimp sauce
juice of 6 small onions
juice of 4 clove garlic
1 tsp ketumbar seed powder
1 tsp chilli boh
2 tbspns sugar

Methods:

1) Put marinade over chicken pieces and marinate for 3 hours.
2) Heat oil in wok, mix chicken with cornflour and deep fry until cooked.

Tip: Don't preserve the chicken over 3 hours or with salt. If you preserve the chicken with salt, it will lose its original taste and become salty.
