Name of beverage: Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
200ml natural yoghurt
400ml low fat milk or water
2 ripe mangoes, skinned
ice cubes
sugar or honey
Methods:
1) Put yoghurt, milk, mangoes and ice in a blender.
2) Blend until smooth. Pour into individual cups.
3) Add sugar or honey as desired. Top with a sprinkling of wheatgerm or rolled oats. Serve at once.
Serves 6.
Tip: Use other fruits to make this easy, healthy drink. Add only a touch of sugar or honey.
