Name of dish: Nasi Briyani Special
Ingredients:
3 bowls rice
3 & 1/2 bowls stock
1 cup mix beans
(A) (B)
1 cinnamon bark 1/2 bowl garlic
4 cloves 1/2 bowl onion
4 cardamons 1 cup cashew nuts
1 tsp kunyit powder 1/2 cup silver fish
Methods:
1) Heat 2 tbsps of margarine in pot, stir fry (A) until fragrant,
add in rice and stir fry evenly.
2) Pour in stock and cover to boil until strong steam appears,
reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
3) Stir in mix beans, sprinkle (B) on top when served.
