Name of dish: Nasi Lemak
Ingredients:
3 bowls rice
1 litre santan (1 coconut)
1 tsp salt
4 pandan leaves
(A)
fried peanuts
fried ikan bilis
cucumber
hard boiled egg
Methods:
1) Clean rice and put in pot, add in pandan leaves.
2) Mix salt into santan and pour on rice evenly. Cover
and steam until strong steam appears. (repeat until rice
is cooked)
3) Serve with (A) as side dishes.
