Name of dish: Sambal Kangkong
Ingredients:
500g kangkong
Chopped Ingredients:
4 red chillis
2 chilli padi
4 cloves garlic
20g belacan
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fine shrimp sauce
Methods:
1) Heat 3 tbsps of oil in wok, stir fry chopped ingredients until fragrant.
2) Add in kangkong, stir fry unti cooked and serve hot.
Tip: When stir frying kangkong, wok must be heated up to very hot then add in oil and vegetables. Ohterwise the dish will become waterish and the vegetables will turn black.
