Name of dish: Steamed Chicken with Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:

5 chicken thighs (cut into pieces)

Sauce
1 tbsp fine shrimp sauce
1 tbsp fish gravy
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chilli padi
1 red chilli
1 tbsp cornflour

Methods:

1) Mix chicken with sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.

2) Steam chicken in wok for 15 minutes and serve with white rice.

Tip: Don't marinate chicken for more than 15 minutes or the chicken will become too soft and salty.
