Name of cake: Tiramisu

Ingredients:

1 packet sponge fingers or sponge cake, cut into slice
2 cups strong coffee
250g mascarpone cheese
150g fresh cream
2 tbsps coca powder

Methods:

1) Beat mascarpone cheese with fresh cream.

2) Soak sponge fingers (or sponge cake slices) in strong coffee and place them in layers with mascarpone cheese between each layer in a flat tin.

3) The top layer should be cream, which is decorated with a thick layer of sieved cocoa powder.

Tip: Add in 3 tbsps of coffee liquor to enhance flavour.
