| BASE |
| 1- The base is made of a rectangle of plywood, enclosed with solid wood. 2 - The frame/aprons are mitered on the front corners and butt joined on the back ends. There is a #20 biscuit in each mitered corner. 3 - The frame is attached to the plywood with pocket hole joinery. 4 - The cut outs were done plunge cutting the straight line on the table saw, jigsaw cutting the curves, and using a template and a router to clean up the edges as best as possible (some dings are noticed if you look closely). |
