Ice de Valois        Ranking 03     Defender

Ice or Gabrielle as is her rael name - an emerald-.eyed bondehaired shapeshifter with the ability to control ice and the cold - was born in Paris, France. She had a brother named Armand and a twin sister (Who for the life of me I can't remember her name). Her parents, Gabrielle and Louis de Valois, were loving caring parents and she enjoyed life at home till she was 16. This was when Andrew, an older man who she had been seeing off and on for a few months, decided she was to marry him. When Ice refused he went straight to her father.
Of course her father refused him to make him which only served to anger Andrew more. He killed her parents and Armand and would have killed Ice and her twin had Ice not killed him first and escaped to the Tavern realm with her twin.
Ice met her first husband Damgage, or Andrew Gothson wich was his real name, and his best friend Kaneda Mattemeo after over-hearing Damage complaining no one want him because he was too cute in the Tavern.. (Or at least that's the way I remember things happening <s>).
Things just got better for the golden haired shapeshifter from there. She fell in love with and married Damage, then gave birth to her first child James and her childhood friend Chantelle de Morpheus arrived in the tavern realm. Ice had two companions that stayed with her and haer family. Two wolves name Jax and Jade who had a small cub named Caitlin. And then things got worse. Her sister was killed by hunters. And the wolves were the first thing targetted by her father after he rose fromt eh dead fueled by hatred for his daughter, blaming Ice for the destruction of his family.
Chantelle was slain next. With the aid of her clsoe friend Kaneda Ice was able to kill her father but soon after that her marriage to Damage ended. She didn't date much after that untel she met and fell in love with Kerrion, Elana's adopted son. Though that had it's problems. Kerrion was still married to someone else, even though he couldn't remember it. That ended when Kerrion left again the realm.
Just when things seemed to be straightened out, Ice was raped making the shapeshifter wanting to just run away from it all. But because of her son she stuck with the tavern realm and seemed to making some sort of progress.
This is when she fell for Kaneda Mattemeo. The blue-haired, charming elf stuck by her through all that. So in his own cute way he asked her to go out with him. This went great for a couple of days till Ice found out she was pregnant by the very same man who had raped her. Completely freaking out Ice panicked about losing about the only man who hadn't hurt her (and who she was romantically involded with). Kaneda was a little unsure about the baby, but vowed to stay with her.

Players Voice: And that's where I finish Ice's history. Of course there was her suicide and the number of times she has left the IPD. (There are quite a few of those...) But I can't remember where they fit in. And Storm de Valois who helped Andrew du Morte kill her parents. My god... I can still think of more to put in! no, I'm leaving it there. <g> I promise!
What does Ice mean to me? A heck of alot, <sheepish grin> I was awful when I first came to the RPGamers forum, I stumbled upon it after my sister somehow did something to not allow me to access the general chat. Luckily some kind soul took me under his wing. and taught me the ropes. <proud smile>. Ice was my very first proper character. She spawned Rogue and Jade de Valois (her cousins, Jade is played by Krissy) and Scott! He was her other brother. (I'm not too sure who playes him now, maybe Eric).
So she was my very first character. And she's seen me through even the most boring times in the Tavern. Even had a food fight with Blackwolf a few times. That was fun <eg>. She had a thing with CC (Stephen "Crazy-Cabal" Retter), as well before she was married. Not an actual thing but he kinda liked her. I wanted to explore that one further but she married Damage.
Ice has never been the most stable of my characters but I think thats just something that keeps me coming back to play her. I mean how stable can you be after dieing twice? She's sweet though and loyal wich is like me. Though she's a rotten moo to people she hates just not in an outwardly way. Little things just to make their life hell is what appeals to this girl. Same with me. She's not like me like Sionell is to Karin, but she has a little part of me. And there ya go. Ice de Valois .- shapeshifter, mistress of the cold (I just like that phrase <s>) and slightly unstable girl.
