By disrupting the ground, the character wreaks major damage on persons and property. Quakes are random in their destruction, ruining entire buildings in some places and leaving others untouched.
When the character activates a quake, it goes off a few minutes later. Every character and structure within firing distance (including your character) has a chance of taking damage equal to the quake's intensity. Structures with material strength of 11+ are immune to damage from this Power.
Limit--Runaway Quake: Once the character starts the quake, the natural forces of plate tectonics take over. The quake has a 1 in 3 chance to have its intensity multiplied by a random factor between 1 and 10, extending to far beyond visual distance. This limit can devastate a city or maybe even more than that.
Stunt--Instant Seismology: Your character knows if an area is seismically active and will be alerted the moment a quake is triggered. The character, and everyone he or she alerts, knows that the quake will happen.
Stunt--Resistance to Quakes: Your character gains Resistance to Quakes, including quake damage.
Stunt--Tremors: Your character can send multiple tremors through the ground. These don't cause quakes, but will cause everyone in firing distance to fall down unless they have an Agility of 6+.
