Your character can command the actions of chlorophyllous plants, granting them temporary Powers of their own, including movement, growth, and even a rudimentary intelligence. These abilities exist only as long as the character concentrates. The character cannot control plants with a higher material strength than his or her Power's intensity. The character must possess an intensity of 4+ to control a sentient plant creature; the control lasts only while the character concentrates.
At intensities over 20, the character is in touch with the greenery of the world. This gives amazing powers, such as the ability to overwhelm a city in jungle. But at this intensity, the character might just learn that the plants resent being controlled.
Limit--One Plant Type Only: Your character can affect only one general plant type, like trees or flowers.
Stunt--Basal Cell Control: Your character can control cells of any creature descended from a plant. If the character has an intensity of 8+, he or she can cut off the victim's ability to extract carbon dioxide or move, at a loss of 5 Health per minute.
Stunt--Ensnarement: Your character can animate vines with up to the Power's intensity in Agility and Strength. These vines have Ensnarement at the Power's intensity.
Stunt--Fungun Control: Your character can command the actions of molds and fungi, even though they are not proper plants. The character thus extends his or her reach to all members of the vegetable kingdom.
Stunt--Memory Dredge: Your character can make a controlled plant relate the experiences it "witnessed" of anyone that has touched or come close to it.
Stunt--Plant Elementals: Your character can command up to the Power's intensity of trees or giant plants, making them move and attack as creatures of Health, Strength, and defense equal to the Power's intensity. It requires about 2 minutes to animate each elemental. While your character is creating an elemental, none of the character's other elementals can do anything. A maximum of one being may be created per point of intensity. The character must concentrate to control these beings; if the hero falls unconscious, the plants go inert within one minute.
Stunt--Plant Growth: Your character can accelerate the growth of plants, creating giant specimens. If the character has even a seed, a full-grown plant can spring to life in minutes.
Stunt--Plant Simulacra: Your character can create plant-images that duplicate living humans. The character must possess an intensity of 8+ in order to fool all observers into believing the simulacra are human. Those observers with a Willpower Stat higher than the Power's intensity may not be fooled. Disbelief may not occur until the observer has a reason to believe that a simulacrum isn't a real human.
Stunt--Plant Teleportation: Your character can teleport through plants as if he or she had Teleportation. There must be plants at both the embarkation point and the destination.
