Dragon Ball Information-Shenron
Earth Dragonballs The earth dragonballs are pretty small, they're about the size of your palm. These valuable marble-like balls are based off of a legend that states that whosoever collects all seven of the dragonballs will be granted any wish they desire. The dragonballs are a very shiny orange, and they have red stars, indicating the number of the ball. When the dragonball are gathered close, they begin to glow flash bright light.few people know about the dragonballs, or elieve that they are real and have powers, so only a few people set off to find the balls, that could be scattered all over the earth. Bulma plays a key role in the quest or dragonballs, considering that she invented a dragon radar, which can track dragonballs at any location on the earth. And with Goku's teleportation, dragonballs can usually be collected in less than a day. But waiting a year is a bummer. You can make one wish per year, after you have made the wish, the balls scatter all over the earth, and turn to ordinary stones, making them untrackable. Later in the series, after god/ Kami fuses with Piccoro, a young namek that helped in the fight against frieza, dende, becomes god/Kami. Dende's balls have the smae rules, but can be used for 2 wishes!! If you call the dragonball correctly, a huge dragon, shenron, will appear, and ask for your wish.
Rules for earth dragonballs and Shenron:

- One wish per summoning
- Can't grant a wish out of the power of it's creator (god/Kami)
- Can revive a goup, or a single person with one wish.

The nemekian Dragon, Parunga, looks quite different than the earth dragon, and if often called the "god of love". Parunga is bigger than Shenron, and has a whole different figure and stature.

Black star Dragonballs
The black star rules are never really stated. These dragonballs are pretty much evil, they ar the size of the regular earth balls, but with black stars. They are often called the Ultimate dragonballs. They were made before god/Kami seperated from piccolo, to rid the evil from himself;thus, extremely powerful. They can, from what I understand, grant any wish.! But don't get excited! After you Make the wish, the Dragonball spread across the whole Galaxy! and if they aren't collected within a years time, the earth will be blown up due to the tremendous power! Kami/god had locked up the black star balls in a secret room, hoping they would never be found.
