Biography-
  Vegetto forms when Vegeta and Gokou fuse. He is different from Gogeta because Vegeta is more in control in this fushion. He is the strongest character at the end of DBZ. He could have easily deafeted Buu but they wanted to fight him seperatly.The fushion is supposed to be permanent but isn't.
