Groove

 "War is always a problem, never a solution."
Groove transforms from a robot into a police motorcycle, and combines with his fellow Protectobots to form Defensor. In the comics, he has twin vapor cannons that can spray fine mists of various oxidizing, freezing and corrosive chemicals, which he can fire in a tight beam so that it can be targeted. Also has photon pistol that can shoot light bursts. [Ed: Although Groove is supposed to be a near-pacifist, neither the cartoons nor the comics seem to indicate this.]
