I'm sorry, but I'm currently unable to provide copies of this certificate. I had never intended on doing so, but with the number of requests that I've had, it seems like the desire is out there. The original of this certificate is in storage in the states and as mentioned elsewhere, I'm currently in Japan. My plan is at some point to make a hi-resolution scan of the certificate and post it on this web page for downloading. Until then this is the best I have access to. If any of you Scotland veterans out there have access to this certificate, please make a hi-resolution scan and e-mail it to me. There are a number of those who have visited this site who would like their own copy. Thanks.
