Unsung Heroes
	Unsung Heroes is a support group for consumers (those with schizophrenia or schizo-affective disorder).  To become part of the group, you must be a member of the society and have the illness.  If you do not have a membership the cost is $5 for consumers or $20 for non-consumers. Meetings are held every Friday at 1 pm unless otherwise posted. Activities are decided by the group during a monthly planning meeting.  Activities may include movies, coffee outings, support meetings, field trips, window shopping, BBQ's and more!
						These activities are found in the newsletter every month posted on the calendar. There are also information sessions on such things as quitting smoking, managing medications and nutrition.
