Rui wears an identical outfit as his twin brother Ryo. A black jacket with
fur lined around the collar and buttoned over his chest, black gloves and
black pants.
Like his brother, Rui is also a member of the Stalkers. He however, was accepted because of his simple ability to see or travel two minutes into the future. Though this ability prevents him from seeing the present, it does give him a huge advantage in fights. He has exceptional skills with a sword, partly due to his vision, but mostly because he trained until he mastered the weapon in Japan. During his training, he also learned to master the art of channeling and manipulating Soul Energy. Soul Energy is basically manipulating the essence of your being to be used as a shield, or as a counter to various level of Psionics.
