scientist named Dr. Gero worked hard to create androids able to beat Goku.
Fearing death, he makes himself into Angroid 20. Dr. Gero is responsible
for the creation of Cell and all the other androids bearing the Red Ribbon
logo, and like his servant 19, he can absorb energy from attacks and
physical contact. He was killed by Android 17 his own creation.
