1. We accept VISA and MasterCard, Credit or Debit.
2. By using your Credit or Debit Card to make a payment you agree to this Credit Card Policy.
3. We accept Credit/Debit Card payments for Tuition at St. Elias School of Orthodox Theology as well as fees and donations.
4. For your protection and in order to secure the safe and clear transmission of Credit/Debit Card data, the office will only accept faxed or called-in data. E-mail transmissions are deemed not secure enough.
5. If you would like to pay by Credit or Debit Card, the following procedure is advised:

[1] You can send your fax to this number: (402) 643-9164 at any time.
[2] We prefer that you use our Credit Card Data Form (CCDF). If not, your facsimile transmission should contain the following information:


- Your Name and Address with Zip/Postal Code.
- If applicable, Student ID
- The amount you wish to charge
- In case of payment plans, for how many months you wish the amount to be charged
- Credit/Debit Card type (VISA or MasterCard)
- Your Credit/Debit Card Number
- Your Credit/Debit Card V-Number (last three digits printed on the signature strip in back)
- The exact name on your Credit/Debit Card
- Expiration Date of your Credit or Debit Card (Month/Year).
- You MUST sign & date.

6. After your Credit/Debit Card payment has been processed and approved, you will receive a printed receipt in the mail.
7. For any questions or in any dispute regarding your Credit or Debit Card payment, the student is requested to contact the school office first for possible resolutions.

8. St. Elias students please note:

(a) The same Tuition Policy applies for Credit/Debit Card Payments as for any other method of payment.
(b) Please review the school's Tuition Policy before making or authorizing a Credit or Debit Card Payment.
(c) Non-tuition or donation payments are final and may not be refunded.
