Using your bare hands, rub a oil (lavender, lilac, rose, vanilla ...etc... one of them will do) into the wax starting from the middle working your way up to the top (while visualizing white light/energy going from your hands into the candle) and say:
I consecrate thee
As a tool of magick
So mote it be!
Go back to the middle of the candle and then work you way down to the bottom, still visualizing the white light and say:
I charge thee with power
In the name of the God and Goddess
