Stabbing Westward has songs on the Clerks soundtrack (Violent Mood Swings-Thread Mix), The Cable Guy import soundtrack (Shame-On You Mix), and Johnny Mnemonic soundtrack (Lost + Control). They also have songs in the movies Mortal Kombat (Can't Happen Here), Bad Boys, Vampire in Brooklyn, and Masterminds (What Do I Have To Do?), but the songs do not appear on the soundtracks.

The song Dawn by Stabbing Westward is loosely based off a very early Stabbing Westward song called Plastic Jesus. Plastic Jesus is only availiable only on their '90/'91 demo cassette.

The song Torn Apart was written and performed by Stabbing Westward, but remixed by Wink. It is rumored that Wink accidentally used an unfinished version of the song to remix and this is the reason the song doesn't sound good as it could accoustically. Also Stabbing Westward didn't really care for the Wink remix, so the original SW version of Torn Apart appears on their latest album, Darkest Days. *The Spawn Soundtrack with the limited edition "Santa Spawn" cover contains the extra song "This Is Not A Dream" by Apollo Four Forty & Morphine. There is one other limited edition soundtrack out there which has a different cover, but it does not have the extra song.

SW also has the song "What Do I Have To Do?" played in the movie Masterminds, but I do not believe it is on the soundtrack.

BRIDE OF CHUCKY SOUNDTRACK The Stabbing Westward song "So Wrong" appears on this soundtrack.

THE FACULTY SOUNDTRACK The Stabbing Westward song "Haunting Me" appears on this soundtrack.

CMJ (College Music Journal) The April 1998 issue of CMJ contained a CD that had a bunch of soon to be released songs by various artists. Save Yourself by Stabbing Westward is on this cd.
