My husband really loves this pie!  He'd eat the entire thing if I let him:)

Buck-eyes
1 C creamy peanut butter
1/2 C butter (1 stick)
16 oz. Confectionery sugar
Chocolate pieces

Take off your rings, for this is a hand mixing one!  Mix peanut butter, butter, and sugar together.  Chill for appx. 15 - 20 minutes.

Roll into small balls and chill for appx. 1 hour.

Melt chocolate in sauce pan.  Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick.  Chill.

This receipe is very "sweet" so a little slice goes a long way:)
