St. Andrew's Festival - The festival concluded with the festival service, conducted by the Rev. Tony Ward. Among the congregation were the mayor of Great Yarmouth, councillor Bert Collins, and Mrs Collins. The Stalham Brass Band, conducted by Dr. Tim Thirst, led the hymn-singing and performed the composition, Eventide. Prayers of thanksgiving and confession were read from the Gorleston in Gear Millennium Manuscript. Both Lesley Hudson and Jill Emmerson gave Bible readings. Ruth Roberts, who was runner-up in the Simon Elvin Young Poet of the Year competition, read two of her poems, 'Designs', and 'Ebb and Flow'. Clare Durrant, who played Lady Hamilton in the Nelson pageant sang, unaccompanied, On My Own, from Les Miserables. Prayers were led by Brian Humphrey and the final blessing was given by the Rev Tony Ward. An organ voluntary was played by Tony Jaye, organist.

Remembrance Sunday - More than 300 people marked Remembrance Sunday at Stalham by marching up the High Street to the parish church with musical accompaniment from Stalham Brass Band along the way.
Eight members of the band played the Last Post and Reveille during the service that followed.
