to beat Rocky Miavia, D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry at Unforgiven.
May: Blackman loses to Jeff Jarrett at Over the
Edge.
Summer: Blackman takes time off from the WWF.
Fall: Blackman returns to the WWF and gets involved
with both Ken Shamrock and Owen Hart, both as teammates and enemies.
December: Blackman loses to Ken Shamrock at Capital

1999:
May: Blackman beat Darren Drozdov at No Mercy
Summer: Blackman gets into a heated feud with Ken

Match (they fought inside a closed circle of cars) at Fully Loaded.
August: Blackman loses to Shamrock in a Lion's Den

December: Blackman loses to Kurt Angle at the Royal

2000:
June: Blackman wins the WWF Hardcore Title, beating
Crash Holly.
July: Blackman loses the Hardcore Title back to
Holly, then regains it back the same day.
August: Blackman loses the Hardcore Title to Shane
McMahon, then regains it a week later.
September: Blackman loses the Hardcore Title in
a 10-minute Hardcore Special Rules match to Crash Holly, who then loses
it to Perry Saturn, from whom Blackman regains the title for the fourth
time.
2001:
February: Blackman beats Raven for the Hardcore
Title, but loses it back in the same night. Blackman would repeat this
feat the next day (18th).
March: Blackman begins tagging with Brian Christopher
(Grand Master Sexay) when Christophers regular partner, Scotty 2 Hotty,
is injured.
