·        Tenants on the Ealing Council Haverlock Estate voted NO (198 to 180) in November 2002

·        Carrogan council has dropped its transfer plans following a long campaign by tenants

·        The Merton No vote confirms metropolitan council tenants reject transfer

·        Birmingham (66.8% NO) demonstrates tenants can see through bribes and propaganda.

·        Dudley (56% NO) and Aylesbury (73% NO) show we can stop privatisation!

·        Harrogate has followed Braintree council in deciding that it doesn't need to transfer its homes!

·        Exeter council have dropped privatisation proposals after spending £250,000 consulting tenants and getting a clear NO response

·        Fareham and Southend are the latest to reject stock transfer in a ballot

·        Tenants in High Wycombe recently voted NO to transfer after a long and determined campaign. The result on a 68.7% turnout was: Yes 2803 - No 2944.

·        Waverley tenants also defeated transfer with a 56.6% majority.

·        South Beds won with a record breaking 72.4% No Vote!

·        Sutton Council has also just announced it was withdrawing its plans for privatisation...
