Jumps
Jumps are fun to do, and they look really great-that is if you do them right. Here are some jumps that you might want 2 know.
Toe-touch
This is my favorite jump, but to do it correctly, remember these things:
-DON'T TRY AND TOUCH YOU TOES. Yeah, it's called a toe-touch, but trying 2 touch your toes can prevent you from extending your legs out as far as you can.
-KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT. Try not 2 bend over while you jump.It doesn't look that good, and it prevents you from getting the maximum height that you can. Always look up and out during a jump.

Side-hurdler
This is a pretty simple jump, just remember to make your extended leg level to the ground.
Spread Eagle (or X Jump)
This is the easiest jump 2 do. Just hit a good high-v, and keep your feet so that your shoelaces face forward.
Double Hook
In this jump, you want 2 have one leg bent in front of you, and one leg bent towards the back. Just think of it as trying to sit in the air.
