Updates
for star*tambourine
(12:25 AM) Ooh, inspiration struck during some lovely Internet browsing magic. Another arcade sprite, this time of Mars. Hmm, I'm thinking I need to segregate the sections...anyway, I need to eat. Gobye.
10/8/05, Saturday (11:36 AM) Ooh, nine hours after my last update. Plus howeverso many months....eh heh...summer and school both got to me and this isn't really much of an update. Added one arcade sprite for Jupiter, and I'm thinking that the new project I'm working on will please fans of the arcade game turned PGSM genre nicely. Lord knows I still have to finish everything else, too. I make no promises. I'm a busy person and I have a life (ack), but keep an eye out. It's not dead here--it's just beginning. ((Ya see this, Jeremy? Mr. Tinkerbell? This is for you)) Took down all updates for 2004 as well.
6/7/05, Tuesday (1:36 PM) Long time no update, eh? Well, I've finally accessed the computer at school again and became hypnotized with my little pixelated world. There is a fairly large update in the Sprites section. Also in the works are ideas for a new layout and hell, just a whole page renovation. I'm going to supply the bare bones of the information for the series here and leave the rest of everything for fan dedication to the series: sprites, art, and fiction. Check back for more!
1/29/05, Saturday (11:44 AM) The beginning concepts of more AS henshin sprites in the Sprites section...Jupiter's coming first...then the rest...then concepts for Star/Planet/Crystal/Outer power. Hee. Anyoo, I need to get to the bank.
1/28/05, Friday (1:43 PM) At work this week, I found fantastic tutorials at Photoshop Lover and Photoshop 101 and have been itching to try them out. Consequently, there are two new arcade sprites in the Sprites section. Again, no stealing, ask permission, and, as always, enjoy! I'm off to write my dance critique (blargh).
1/23/05, Sunday (7:57 PM) Updated the arcade sprites earlier today around 1:30. BIG relief because I thought I'd lost them to the marvelous world of technology--not to mention my disc which has a lot of my SMAS edited sprites decided to up and die on me and now won't read in any computer. Damn fucking shitters, I'm going to have to redo the girls' tambourine attacks and Jupiter's sacrifice, half of Kirari Live, Friend, and the girls' outfits from the opener. Fuck. Pardon the French. Anyway, enjoy!
1/22/05, Saturday (2:23 PM) Considering the campus is encased in snow and I can't buy my ballet book, I felt inspired to complete Minako's henshin in the Realm of the Sprites. I'm very proud of the colors and generally pleased with how it turned out--I think I made her a little tall during the henshin, but that's okay. Now mesa wants food.
1/16/05, Thursday (1:04 PM) Hey, all, time for a quickie update because I finally animated Princess Sailormoon's Star attack, found in the Sprites section. Gotta run! Back to school stuff time!
1/6/05, Thursday (4:06 PM) Happy Holidays, minna-san! I'm so sorry for not ever updating nowadays...but there's been some bad news...the computer at my dad's place, which had practically every sprite I've ever edited, crashed...we're working on getting it running again ((and I don't care if I have to buy 60 floppies, I'll get as many as it takes to save everything)), but if it doesn't, I have to start over on my Venus, Moon (both versions), and Darkury arcade sprites...this will piss me off to no extent...but rest assured, I am still interested in updating this page even though the series is drawing to its final close. On the up side, I finally saw the Special Act and it inspired me to work on a fanfiction and some new sprites (again, if the STOOPID COMPOOTER, as my German teacher used to say, gets working again...if not, I will cry).
Oh, did I mention the fact that my dad's getting rid of the Internet because we were too STUPID to get anti-virus programs? Yeah. I'm thrilled.
Well, at any rate, that's what the library's for, right? I present to you three new sprites in the Sprites page. That's about it. Besides the fact that my heart has been broken...literally...but those of you who have business knowing already know. And those of you who care and I don't know...well...that's kinda creepy.
Oh, and when you unlucky people who don't live in the Canton area get the chance, GO SEE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!! The critics don't know shit. It rocks. So go see and support! Ja till later, all!
