Biography:
Stephanie was in Canada on Earth, where she grew up with both her parents. At an early age, Stephanie dreamed of exploring the universe and after graduating high school had the opportunity to attend the University of New York to Astrometrics/Stellar Cartographer. Her first assignment was with a team of scientist chartering the new Federation territory gained by the treaty with the Cardassians.

In 2372, Stephanie was assigned to the USS Legend a Galaxy Class starship as the civilian Astrometrics/Stellar Cartographer, assigned to explore the newly discovered Gamma Quadrant. She soon began a relationship with Xavier Bell the Chief Science Officer. It was only a matter of time till they got married in 2373.

As the Dominion War began, Stephanie and the other civilians on board were sent back to Earth. While staying with her parents, she gave birth to the first son Xavier Jr. After spending a year away from her husband they reuntied after the war.

When Xavier was assigned to the USS Genesis as the Executive Officer to help rebuild Cardassia afte its near destruction, she was assign to the science department. In 2377, Stephanie gave birth to their second son Tony. Two years later her family was once again reassigned when Xavier was promoted to Captain and given his own command aboard the USS Hera.

In 2383, after spending five years on one ship. Stephanie and the children were dropped off DS9 with the other civilians on board. The USS Hera was suppose to be facing the Borg along with the Second Fleet, but was ordered to patrol instead. Xavier disobeyed a direct order from Starfleet Command and attended the battle instead. Afterwards her husband was stripped of his command and rank. During his court martial on DS9, she gave birth to their first daughter Cicely.

Being supportive of her husband, when Xavier was assigned to the USS Victory as the Executive Officer. Stephanie gathered up the children and was ready to go where needed. She managed to find a job on board working in Astrometrics/Stellar Cartography.

Personality Profile:
Stephanie has always been interrested in the sciences, which is the very thing that attracted he to Xavier. She is a loyal wife and mother, but for some reason can't understand some of the decision her husband makes.
