In keeping with the status of being the ship's commander, the captain enjoys the largest private quarters on the ship with the best view - looking straight ahead with a grand view of space, and with a three-window unit comprising sitting room with dining area, bedroom and bathroom. The CO quarters are on deck 8, close enough to the bridge to reach it quickly should need arise.
