The sum of the ships entire memory storage can be found here in the Ships Library on Deck 9. Everything from children's novels, to starship schematics can be called up here, with the right level of access.  The Ship's Library is used as a public research are for all personnel. The Library also holds hard copy of the best works of all Federation Member worlds, for those who like the feel of a good book in their hands.
