Personal Traits:   (Looks 23ish) Pretty girl with an enchanting smile. Has pretty azure markings on the tops of her shoulders which run down her spine. Has a strong telekinetic ability; although using this too often can and often does result in her having severe headaches or worse, nose bleeds, so she only uses it when necessary.

Personality:   Friendly, generally easy-going, enjoys a good time (usually getting drunk on shoreleave). Likes to complain. Has a sarcastic sense of humor which hides her shy side. Gets bored easily. Speaks fluent Klingon and Romulan. Vanya also harbors a dark and vengeful side to her personality. Dislikes telepaths even though all telepaths (no matter how strong) find her virtually impossible to read. Very reliable. Keeps a cool head in a hot situation, can be a bit cocky when flying but not to the point where she may screw up. Talks to herself out loud. Scared of the dark.

Pre-Academy:   Her mother’s departure, when Vanya was four months old, left a deep emotional scar on her father. Not knowing what race her mother was from causes a great deal of curiosity for Vanya (Because of her long life she believed she was El Aurian but medical tests proved otherwise) and she harbors a great desire to find out who or what she really is. She inherited her mother's telekinetic abilities. Despite her mother's departure, Vanya had a wonderful childhood and had a very close relationship with her father until he passed away.
