The Truth

Starbuck_Jayne

I really don't know
How much more I can take
The truth is all lies,
The evidence fake.
And now on this quest,
We've pursued for so long,
They've taken you from me
I've lost you-you're gone.
I sit all alone
At this desk that was yours,
Scattered case files
Carpet the floor,
I search in the hope
Of finding some clue
A way to, I pray,
Reunite me with you.
