III. Thou shall never let fear get the best of you.

V. Thou shall still condition even if you are suffering an injury.
VI. Thou shall never forget leotards, grips, gym bag, etc.
VII. Thou shall never have an eating disorder.
VIII. Thou shall stick every dismount and every routine.
IX. Thou shall always follow your dreams.
