SHIPMENT COST For orders above 100 US $ shipment is free. For smaller orders we charge you through the following pattern.
RETURN POLICY Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. The intention to return an item must be notified to us 15 days after your order has been made. All products must be in perfect condition with tags still on and in packaging. For reason of hygiene the return product must be unworn and unused. We are willing to change an item with another one of the same value. If a credit card was not used at the time of ordering a refund of your money is possible. Shipment cost can not be refunded. In case of a return caused by Eros fault shipment cost for re-sending a new item is free. We recommend purchasing insurance since we can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. We cannot guarantee that your package will not be damaged upon arrival to your address. Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Our products are brand new and have not been used. If a product arrives that looks damaged, dirty, resealed immediately file a claim with the carrier.
